Our motion therapy sessions focus on enhancing physical well-being through dance. These classes help veterans improve their strength, flexibility, and resilience. We offer Ballroom Dance Classes every Monday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. While the Optimum Community Center's gymnasium is being renovated, these classes take place at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, located at 1691 N. Oatman Road, Bullhead City, AZ. Both veterans and community members referred to as patriots, are encouraged to participate.
