The BioArchive® System is a state-of-the-art, fully robotic cryopreservation system designed for the secure storage and retrieval of high-value cell samples. Utilizing advanced computer-controlled technology and tracking software, the BioArchive® ensures optimal protection and viability of cell samples for future stem cell therapies. It maintains a consistent -196°C, utilizing a closed-system for handling, which includes robotic storage and retrieval, integrated controlled-rate freezing, and automated tracking of individual sample freeze curves. The system supports over 3600 samples, delivering up to 94% post-thaw cell viability and consistently achieving > 97% viable CD34+ stem cell recovery. Key components include a liquid nitrogen dewar, controlled rate freezer modules, a robotic arm with barcode reading capabilities, and comprehensive Sample Management Software (SMS) to ensure precise, uniform freezing and compliance with cGMP and cGTP requirements.
