Bulk Mailing Services

 The Herald's Special Services Department might more aptly be called the "what do you need to be done?" department. We have a proven record of stocking and fulfilling customers' literature requests, all implemented with precision and fully documented. We also specialize in bulk mailing, project mailings (often assembled with non-printed items) and individual fulfillment mailings. If you've got a project - this is the place to be! Oh yes, these folks are no strangers to tight deadlines! ~~~ We offer three types of mailing services: Bulk Mailings Project Mailings Fulfillment Services - including warehouse picking and telephone ordering departments ~~~ Bulk Mailings A mailing in which a self-contained mailing piece is utilized. ~~~ Characteristics - A. Usually sent to more than 200 addresses. Could be sent to a list of over 500,000 names. B. Customer provided names and addresses for CASS certification. C. Mail piece can be labeled on the ink jet or digitally. D. Normally sent as Standard Mail through the Post Office of your choice. ~~~ Project Mailings A mailing in which a group of materials or items must be gathered and inserted into a package. ~~~ Characteristics A. Quoted and Billed on a project by project basis. B. An estimate is based on hours involved. C. Size can vary from under 1000 to 500,000 ~~~ Fulfillment Mailings Custom orders for materials and products are filled from a phone and/or mail orders per a customer's request. Credit card and prepaid orders can be serviced. The Herald, Inc. maintains an inventory of materials to be filled. ~~~
