In addition to ranch and farm real estate and consultancy, Holden is also a cattle rancher, proudly managing the herd that Jacoby Brand Beef sources its meat. Our Jacoby Brand Beef is sourced from sustainably raised, registered Black Angus Cattle bred to high EPD bulls that match our premiere beef program. Our cows are primarily free-range grass-fed, with occasional Jacoby Grain Feed. Our beef program specializes in high marble, docile, strong feed efficiency, and sustainable cattle that we are proud to offer online and at Jacoby’s Cafe in Melvin, Jacoby’s Restaurant and Mercantile and Grizzelda’s in Austin, TX.
