Energy audits are conducted by qualified engineering firms or third party contractors to identify measures that will reduce electric consumption such as lighting, HVAC, motors, and controls.
Commercial Lighting Retrofits
This program replaces existing fluorescent light fixtures with more energy efficient options. Primarily, T-12 lamp fixtures and magnetic ballasts are replaced with T-8, T-5 lamps, and LED fixtures. Rebates can be as high as 50% of the total labor and material cost.
