1. Over 20 years of Aerospace & Defense engineering experience in structures, subsystems, and tooling design.
2. CAD design experience in CATIA, NX, CREO, Solidworks, and AutoCAD
3. Product Life Management systems utilized include ENOVIA and TeamCenter Engineering
4. 3D Model-Based definition per ASME Y14.41 and 2D drawing procedures per ASME Y14.5
5. Design and strength analysis experience with composites, weldments, riveted assemblies, machined fittings castings, and sheet metal flat patterns
6. Engineering services performed on or off-site to meet clients needs which include conceptual design, build to print engineering packages for manufacturing, and product life cycle upgrades and maintenance.

8. Documented plan on communication throughout the project along with staffing procedures
9. Familiarization and Execution Plan
10. A documented detailed plan on how to start the new project and a documented plan on how to execute
11. Lessons Learned
12. Documented review of the project after completion and summarize what we learned and how we could do better with quality and delivery
