Benders is actively seeking candidates for various roles within our dynamic team. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time Sales Associates at our Duluth location. Ideal candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to engage effectively with customers without aggressive sales tactics. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing detailed product information, managing merchandise returns, and maintaining stock levels. No prior retail experience is necessary, though it is beneficial. We offer competitive hourly wages plus potential supplemental commission pay, with a commitment to the higher of the two.
